Chef Ian Algerøen has teaching experience from his position as the Executive Sous Chef at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and Chef Instructor at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley. He continues to teach staff on a daily and ongoing basis. A position at Skadi is as much a learning experience as it is a job.
